Hi Sweat House, I’m Erin! I grew up in San Juan Capistrano, moved down to San Diego for college in 2014 and have been up in Los Angeles for the past three years. My husband, daughter and I just recently moved back down to SJC to be close to family.
When I moved up to LA, I was in search of a fitness method that was effective but not hard on my back- I’ve struggled with pretty bad scoliosis and back pain for over 10 years. I stumbled across a studio down the street, tried it once and was immediately hooked. I knew right away that I had to become certified and teach, and here I am!
I’m so excited to be at Sweat House, I feel right at home. Can’t wait to meet you all and kick some booty!
