What is Lagree Fitness?

Lagree Fitness is a Pilates based and inspired workout that utilizes the best of both workouts.  Lagree Fitness combines the strengthening and toning benefits of weight training, and the lengthening and postural enhancing benefits of Pilates. In just 50 minutes on the one of a kind Megaformer, created by celebrity trainer Sebastian Lagree, you will see and feel your body transform. Not only will you feel and see your body become lean and toned, but you will also feel mentally de-stressed and immediately become addicted! 

This is my first time doing Lagree Fitness, should I take a private session first?
It really depends on your current fitness level. About 98% of our new students do just fine in the group setting. However, it is really up to you! The workout is high intensity and fairly fast paced. The exercises may seem confusing at first. However, rest assured the instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable, and here to make sure that you do NOT get hurt and are getting a great workout whatever your fitness level may be. If you have a current or existing injury and/or have not been physically active in the past, it is recommended that you take a private session first to assess your fitness level. 


How often should I take Lagree Fitness classes?
Again, this all depends on your current fitness level. If you are fairly active, feel free to come in as much as you’d like! The amazing thing about Sweat House is we offer various classes to meet various needs. So feel free to mix it up and experiment with our different classes. You will soon find out what classes and schedule work best for you and your body. 

How many calories will I burn with Lagree Fitness?
You will burn 300-600 calories during class. Since it's a slow burn metabolic workout, your body will continue to burn calories up to 36 hours after! Calories burned depends on the effort being given in each class. So to burn more calories, you have to be willing to give it all you got!

What should I bring to class?

  • Come with a positive attitude and be ready to sweat, shake, and burn!
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in
  • Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio
  • Water - however, there is a water cooler as well as water for purchase.
  • Towel
  • Please do not bring: jewelry, strong perfume, lotions or oils, and silence your cell phones
     

How do I buy classes, monthly memberships or packages, and schedule classes?
Someone is usually available during class hours to answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend that all of our clients become familiar with our automated online booking system so you, the client, can be in complete control. You will be asked to create a profile, login, and password. You will also be asked for a credit card to keep on file, which can be used for purchases, as well as any late charges. Our automated online booking system can be found on our homepage under Book Classes Now. Once you have created an account, you can view the class schedule and purchase sessions. You can also cancel and adjust your class schedule as needed. If you have any question please contact the studio as we are here to help!

What if the class is full that I want to attend?
If you attempt to sign up for a class and it is full you have the option to sign up on the waitlist. If someone cancels you will be sent an email confirming you a spot in the class. If you do not wish to take the class anymore, you must contact the studio or cancel yourself out of the class on our online booking system. If you do not cancel yourself out of the class then the cancellation policy will apply if you do not show up. Please continue to check the schedule or your email if you are on the waitlist, as clients tend to cancel. 

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?
Sorry, but all purchases are final and are not transferable. Some of our memberships require signing a contract for auto-payments, which gets you classes at a discounted rate. Please make sure that you look over all contracts carefully and fully understand the rules before signing them.

What if I can't come to class and I have already been confirmed? Will I be charged?
Yes, even if it's your first time. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for the class you reserve. Regular session members will lose that session and monthly members will be charged a $15 fee to the credit card on file. If you cancel within 2 hours or do not show up it is now considered a no show with a $25 fee to the credit card on file. If a valid credit card is not on file, the account is subject to immediate termination.

May I bring my children and or pets to class if they sit quietly while I work out?
As much as we love the kiddos and your furry friends we do not allow children or pets in the studio unsupervised. Due to safety and insurance concerns, we cannot allow children to stay in the studio while class is in session. It is not safe to have little hands near the machines or to have other clients distracted while they are in poses that require concentration and balance. Same rule applies for your furry friends.
