Q: WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY
A: If you are on an auto-pay unlimited membership, you will have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel up to 12 hours prior to class, there will be no fee. If you cancel after the 12-hour mark, there is a $15 late cancel fee. If you cancel within two hours of class or no-show, there is a $25 late cancellation fee.
Q: WHAT IS LAGREE?
A: Lagree was created by Sebastian Lagree with the mission to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles quickly, safely, and effectively. The workout is done on a machine called the Megaformer and is a high-intensity, low-impact workout. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to impact multiple muscle groups with little to no rest in between.
Q: DO WE HAVE BEGINNER CLASSES?
A: No, all classes are all levels with small class sizes (8 clients max).
Q: DO I NEED TO TAKE A PRIVATE FIRST?
A: No, but if you’re new to Lagree, it’s always a good idea to get familiar with the machine and method.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
A: We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid overly loose clothing to ensure safety and ease of movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety purposes.
Q: ARE GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED?
A: Yes, not only for hygiene but ultimately for safety.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
A: Please show up 10 minutes early so we can have you sign a waiver, set you up with grip socks if needed, and properly show you the Megaformer.
Q: HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
A: Each class is 50 minutes long and will work all major muscle groups. We encourage you to embrace the shake! Not only will you burn hundreds of calories during class, but you will experience “after burn” for days after.
