Hi Sweat House community! My name is Rilie, a south OC local. I heard about Sweat House from a good friend who had nothing but good things to say about the workout and the instructors. I decided to try it out and was hooked instantly! The music, the energy, the community and the amazing Sweat House team sealed the deal. I became a member before I used all of my intro classes, then quickly signed up for the Lagree certification. Lagree has helped me manage my anxiety and stress while reaching my fitness goals. The science behind Lagree and the benefits are life changing. I hope to motivate clients to leave everything on the mega, no matter what kind of day they’re having. I want to inspire new clients to reach their goals through Lagree! When I’m not taking classes for myself, researching the practice, or going to school, I’m reading, taking care of my plants, obsessing over my dogs, or doing fun car activities with my boyfriend and friends! Can’t wait to see you guys on the mega! 

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING LAGREE?

 I love putting in time to make a good playlist! When the music is good it makes the workout that much better. I love encouraging the clients to tap into their inner strength to challenge themselves. And of course seeing the shakes! 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE?

 I love a good Elevator lunge with variations! I’m also a sucker for oblique moves. They burn so bad but are so good!
