Hey there! My name is Susan and I started taking Lagree classes almost a decade ago after my first son was born. Now I have two boys, and we live here in MV with my husband and our dog – who is my canine doppelganger. I was a real tomboy growing up, always climbing into places I wasn’t supposed to be and looking for adventures. I dabbled in all manner of sports, never found anything that stuck, and also got injured rather often. At one point during my time as a runner, I was struck by a car and needed intensive reconstructive surgery on my knee. I have benefited tremendously from Lagree’s low-impact exercises. I find that I’m stronger, more athletic and limber than I’ve ever been in my life. I also haven’t had an injury in years. This positive experience is the main reason I started teaching! I’m so passionate about helping my clients develop strength and physical capability – and ultimately lead longer happier lives. When you take my classes, you’ll experience plenty of encouragement and hands-on guidance, topped with my signature dorky humor.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING LAGREE?
I love seeing my client’s make progress and push themselves slightly harder than they thought they could. Our bodies are amazing. We should trust them to do amazing things.
