Hi everyone! My name is Sammy, and I’m so excited to be part of the Sweat House crew! I was born and raised here in sunny Orange County but also spent time in Northern California attending UC Berkeley.

I discovered Lagree while visiting home during college, and it was a game changer!

As a lifelong athlete, playing soccer growing up and throughout college, I was thrilled to find a workout that challenged me in a whole new way. I quickly fell in love with the method—it has made me stronger physically and mentally while deepening my mind, body, and soul connection.

Beyond fitness, I’m passionate about medicine, and learning the science behind Lagree has allowed me to merge both interests. I plan to continue my education and pursue medical school, so finding a workout that strengthens my body while deepening my understanding of movement and wellness has been truly rewarding.

As a trainer, my goal is to create a fun, welcoming space for anyone starting or deepening their Lagree journey. This method pushes you beyond limits you never imagined, fostering continuous growth and self-discovery. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me at the beach with friends, trying new restaurants, playing soccer, or golfing. Can’t wait to sweat it out with you all-see you in class!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING LAGREE?

I love being able to create a fun yet challenging workout and environment for clients to help push themselves mentally and physically. I also love getting to curate a fun playlist that can help motivate clients throughout the workout.
